  • DF40 oil in water leaving motor head gasket good

I have a 2005 Suzuki four stroke DF40 that has water in the oil or better oil in the water. Two prior marine service shops have worked on this motor with a new head gasket and still lots of creamy oil and strangely the oil is leaving the motor somehow. I see it leaking down through the water intake screen in the lower unit- a white oily liquid. I have dismantled the entire engine looking for the smoking gun. All the gaskets under the powerhead and oil pan loook intact. No cracks or leaks I can find anywhere. Carefully examined the oil pan for leaks. Nothing. Water pickup and passageway seem tight. Is it possible to magnaflux the head and block for how much generally? I have cleaned the cooling jacket surrounding the cylinders searching for holes. Nothing. Fuel pump intake area clean. Exhaust jacket clean. Before I reassemble just want to make real sure. Some guys have had water in oil issues with Suzuki 4 strokes. How did they resolve? Thanks for the input. Stumped
