What is recommended prop for df70 1999 for speed on a 16ft smokercraft fishing boat

It's very difficult to answer such a vague question. There are just too many variables. Please help us out by stating your starting point. What prop is on there now? What is your RPM at WOT. What is the boat's weight, hull shape, and present top speed? And what speed are you trying to attain?Mike

Yes, more information will bring you better results, but until then, Michigan Wheel suggests about a 13" diameter/ 21 pitch prop.Comment

I have the 5800 rpms I had a df 60 on same boat and ran 34 to 35 by gps the boat I think ways around 1500 loaded, I had a 35 Mercury on it and got 24 mph the prop on there now is the mid range manual calls forComment
