Wiring a new control ?? binnacle

I am installing a 2002 DF115 Which a=was hooked up toa side mount. and now wiring to a 2015 binnacle. I seem to have all the wires figured out except the white with red strip coming from the ignition switch.. Without it the everything seems to work except actual starter. Any insight would be appreciated. Neutral switches seem to be correct.
