2012 Suzuki 2.5 not discharging water

Hey guys im new to outboards. I bought a used Suzuki 2012 DF2.5 4 stroke off craigs list and the guy demonstrated it for me, but i didnt realize that there was no water coming out of the water discharge hole aka the pee hole. I ran ir in my tub for a minute or 2 on idle and theres just no water coming from it only some mist. I also revved the engine in nuetral. How should i fix this? thanks! i am new to outboards. The lower housing was almost completely submerged in the tub i had it in. I also have a video of it. thanks

Looks like the impeller is shot. Service that first.
