Edit Button

Is anyone else missing the “”Edit” button?

Hi Murray

I have the edit button, usual position at the bottom of posts next to the “quote” button, although my case may be dfferent as I am a moderator. I actually see edit buttons under all posts fir all members.

Unfortunately it is sometimes almost impossible even for mods to get the attention of ***** on such issues, but I will try to alert them.

Yeah Grant. I wrote to the powers that pretend to be about a month ago about the lack of a means of editing one's posts. Got the usual crickets in response.

I have messaged them earlier today. No response yet.

will keep at it every few days ...... frustrating.

I have just now forwarded my message to the owners, boats.net to seek their assistance with getting someone to take on A D M I N responsibilities.

Got a reply from our friends at Boats.net about the missing edit button on posts

It was removed due to some issues with how it was working, they hope to have that sorted and the edit button reinstated sometime in the not too distant future.
