What year is this, and what started happening that caused you to replace all these things? What rpms are you getting up to? Had motor been sitting up for an extended period of time? New gas, old gas?

We cannot read minds, and know nothing else about this motor?

Give is a little history here to help us help you?

Limp mode is exactly 3000 rpm....if you have any other rpm its a problem other than limp mode....if it is 3000 then you must have a failure light and the beeping horn make sure your panel is fully functional...what year

First thing I would check, is neutral safety switch on motor. If switch is bad, or out of place this would limit motor, and no lights or codes would flash.

Check this out and post back what you find out.

              Good luck.

Where would the neutral safety be located on motor?

Should be at the shift linkage.

Can't find any wires or switches near linkage under bonnet only oil lines going into something on linkage

It does show one in parts manual, fig 37, item #1.
The parts manual doesn't show how it's mounted, but that switch became standard just after the 2000 year models. Look around where the shift and throttle cables enter the cowling and connect to the linkages, between the control module and HP pump area.

Good luck. Post back on what you find.
