Need to power the ecm on a tiller motor

Got a DF9.9B that won't start. It's the tiller model with electric start. I need to check the computer with our diagnostic tablet but cannot find a way to power the ecu since there's no key switch. Does anyone know the part number of an adapter that can do the job?

Is this supposed to start from a remote key switch or from a push button type ignition on the side/front of the engine?
If it is the latter then battery power +side to a battery terminal - probably on the fuse box and Neg to probably the starter
