i have a 2018 df70 on my flats boat in Jax fl. It only has about 50 hours on it. On the way back to the ramp cruising about 5k running fine, slowed for a wake motor rpm dropped to 3000 sputtering and trying to quit lowered the rpm to idle it was fine tried to power up a few times no joy. Can’t recall if I got a light it was raining pretty hard. Limped to the boat ramp at 2500 rpms it ran great below 3000. Still starts fine. I will try the filters first any help appreciated

Sounds fuel supply related - fuel filters clogged (you DO have a inline water separating fuel filter between tank and engine dont you?) or tank breather blocked. Or a fuel line kinked or dislodged during the service... -
I do have a water separator between the tank and engine. Not sure about the tank breather. I will check. The boat is brand new but could have some debris in the lines or tank. I have not had a chance to open it up and look yet. I have ordered new filters. Thanks for the tips I will check.Comment
