DF Water in oil DF90, 115 and 140

Dear all,

Trying to compile the reason in water in oil for DF90, 115 and 140 engines. Please advise if you had this before and what was the cause of it

-Leaking air cooler in intake (DF140 only)

- Head corrosion around head gasket

- Crack/pinhole in head

- Engine holder mating surface

O-rings in the oil cooler go bad as previously stated. This isn't my problem but it's common I'm told.
