suzuki DF4: how to grease on the ports w/o zerk fitting

I recently got a Suzuki DF4 outboard. Following the Manual, I am trying to lubricate the outboard with marine grease. Manual said the ports shown in the picture needs to be lubricated through grease gun. But the ports do not have a zerk fitting. How can this be connected to grease gun?

Is the fitting on the right side a fitting?
The one on the left even though not sharp picture looks like a plug with a star drive?
If so can get the correct fitting to fit the thread size

Art, thanks for your help. I attached two clear pictures now.

The two ports are the same. I also use tooth pick to check the inside, and there seems to be no thread inside.

Fisher, those 2 nipples appear to be locations where a pad mounts (locator/position pins) on the inside of that collar, used to tighten up your steering swivel, by screwing that knob in (they are not grease fittings).

The only grease fitting shown in parts listing is on the bottom section of that swivel assy.
