Recently purchased a brand new 2016 bluewave purebay with a 2017 Zuk, didn't worry too much about the manuals at the time but is it suppose to come with a purchase of a brand new boat/motor.?

You should get a owners manual and a service record book with the new motor. Also should come with a small tool kit (at least they do here in Australia)
If you didnt get it get in touch with your dealer. -
I got the same as Moonlighter stated. Owners manual, warranty /service record book, and tool kit. I also got a title for my motor, but did not need it here in GA. After a few weeks my Suzuki Extended Protection card arrived in the mail.HenryComment

The break in procedure is in the owners manual for you motor, service schedule, options, and what warnings and buzzers mean. I noticed that the service manual states to vary the throttle while breaking in the motor, and the owners manual fails to mention that, at least in mine.HenryComment
