Will this tell engine hours/hours at certain RPMs? My engine runs good, I am just interested in seeing the tech. details.

What your link is showing is only the cable to hook up to your laptop. You also need the software installed on the computer. With both the cable and the software, yes it will do all that you asked about.

In the link showing the picture of the cable..
The round white cable (male end).. there is an round female connector in the wiring on the back of the engine above the fuse box and ECM.
IF you have the engine interface cable attached to your engine, you remove that cable and plug-in the diagnostic cable.
