DF 140 issue

Motor was running fine at 4500 for about 30 minutes. Check engine light comes on . I pull it back to neutral and it shuts down. No start at neutral. Advance throttle in neutral and it starts. After 30 seconds one long alarm. Evertime I restart and shift into gear it shuts down. Changed aic valve, map sensor, ECM, and white wire to battery. Voltage regulator also. Any thoughts?

Take to an authorized Suzuki dealer.
