Counter rotating lower unit?

Where can i buy a counter rotating lower unit for my 2006 df115? How much do they run?

I am not showing a counter rotation lower unit manufactured for the DF115 in any year.

Would a DF 140 counter work? I believe they are the same?

That would be risky as there is no information giving regarding compatibility.

It is my understanding that the Z at the end of the model/part number designates it as counter rotateing? Is that correct?

yes z is counter. a 140 will work the only diffrance is the gears depending on year newer ones are the same .
