suzuki dt28 not sparking

Hi I'm looking for some help with this suzuki. I've checked over the wiring, on off switch and neutral switch and all seems to be in good order.
What tests can I do on the cdi, mag, coil and reg/rec? I've got a pretty simple multimeter
Im also a bit worried about the compression. Seems a little on the low side. 110 on one and 120 on the other. Any idea what it should be?

I recommend obtaining a service manual, it will tell you all the test procedures for the coils and stator. There are no tests for the CDI. Compression should be ok.
