Default trim problems
having trouble with trim relays on two different motors 1999 dt 200 and 2003 dt 225 same relay. both motors have same problems

I had the same problem. I ended up replacing the relay only to learn there was corrosion in the connections. Use an ohm meter to check resistance in all of the lines. If they check out, it will be the relay itself.
