DF 225 diagnosis?

I have a major problem going on with my starboard motor these day's
The motor will start missing periodically at random times
it will run fine for 20 minutes or so and then suddenly start missing.
Myself and the suzuki mechanic have done numerous checks and have come up short.
Changed most everything except injectors on the fuel system and cleaned and checked everything.
yes we pressure tested the system and all seems well.
Help?
