trim problems

will go down but not up...
every 1 time out of ten it will catch and go up.....
checked the volts at the wiring harness that goes to the trim motor, and get 12.6 when going down, and around 2 volts or so when i trim up.......
ive pulled what i thought were the 2 relays but the motor still trims without them in.........

where in the world is the trim relay located on an 07 , df 250 ??

right next to the ecu black box in the very front .relay is one peace

so its the one with the 4 wires ......
2 are ringed end, and the other two quick connect harness ?
