Default DT85 Stalls at accelaration

I have a 1996 DT 85 that starts and idles fine, can rev engine in neutral with no problems - runs fine. When you put the engine in gear to accelarate the motor will die out. New fuel lines, new anti syphon valve, new primer bulb, new fuel pump diaphrams, carbeurators are rebuilt, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new ignition coils and still no change. I have had this engine to two different service centers and they don't know. Any ideas?

Sounds like carburetors still, most likely a clogged air passage. Also make sure the carburetors are properly synced and adjusted.

All three carbs have been cleaned and re-built - no blocked airways and they are in sync.

Can you give some history on the motor? Is it new to you, when was the last time it ran correctly, were they Suzuki service centers, do you have a factory service manual?
