Sounds like the trim valve is leaking or it was rebuilt improperly. You need to check for spark at the plugs.

I just checked the spark plugs the plugs on the outside are worn but the plugs them selves look good. Gas is getting to the plugs. I am starting to think I need to replace the plugs and wires on it.

If there was no spark at the any of the plugs then your spark problem is mostlikely something else.

Motor runs fine now thanks for that. The trim has stopped working the pump is full on fluid and has pressure but will not lift. Any ideas?
