Default DT-100 (1989) not peeing

Hi, I had a new water pump impellor installed last year. Boat sat all last year while it had other carb problems. Installed new carbs, now it runs but it is not peeing. Red warning lights periodically go on, so I shut it down. Any thoughts on best way to unclog line, if that is the problem? Flush through the thermostat? Where are the thermostats located?

Thermostats are located on the head, you can use a wire and push it through the pee hose (usually thats where the clog is). Some times you can use air to blow the lines out. Should pee with or with out the thermostat.
