Default Df 40 starting problems

Im having problems starting a 2000 df 40. This morning we had are first cold snap right at freezing, I went to head out this morning and was doing my pre trip and tried to start the motor it sounds like the starter will only turn over one revolution just not enough to start the motor , it has allways been a lil hard to cold start but would crank this morning nothing. Any advice is much apperciated.

Have battery load tested to see if has enough amperage to start engine, check battery cable connections are clean and tight and cables are in good shape, check cable connections and grounds on engine.
