I have a dt115 that has no spark cranks over fine but no spark any ideas where to start

check the fuses, yes there are fuses in the electrical box on the motor for some reason

then check for and clean all plug connectors

really fuses in the electrical box i have looked under all boxes and have not seen any fuses

the details have changed since your other post so i gues you left out some details and reposted to better describe the situation but you never answered my question from your other post so i'll ask it again here:

have you put your test meter on the battery and checked if its really getting 15.5 volts?

i highly doubt it is since most charging systems dont put out over 14-14 1/2 volts

seen here as part numbers 6a 12 and 18
