I just replaced the tiller handle throttle cables, and when you let of the throttle, it will jump out of gear, back to nuetral, i put the jam nuts back the way the old ones was, it might be in the adjustment, please help, thanks

The only thing I can think of is the new cables are interfering with the shift shaft or components somewhere.
