Default upgrading from 140 to 200

hello fellow members
I recently purchased a 30ftcat and stuck my 140"s.I find that i have to rev her at a constant 5000 /6000rpm to get her on plane.Prior to this i was running them on a 24ft and only needed to push up to 4000rpm.I am in a process of purchasing a pr. of 200 (450hrs).and would appreciate some feedback on performace/cost of service/reliability/hours that was done with no problems.I am very happy with the 140"s but seems that i need more power to push a bigger and wider boat.
thanks
