Suzuki DT25C questions

I have several questions:

#1 How do I find out what year my outboard is?

#2 I have a Suzuki NA12S Shift/Throttle and need parts/ replacement cables.

#3 Do you sell service manuals for the DT25C depending on year built?

They were made from 1989-2000, the first number of serial number will be last number in year, so if serial starts with a 9 then it could be a 1989 or 1999.

The throttle and shift cables are part number 99105-11000-0xx(replace xx with length cable needed)
The service manual is part number 99500-95D02-03E and csan be ordered here on boats.net

I have a 1986 DT 25.

It died yesterday after a long idle when I put it into gear. I replaced the plugs and I seem to be getting gas into the cylinders. but no fire ???

any suggestions?
