1990 dt65 stall

Hello,

I have a 1990 dt65. Starts great, Idles great, revs great with hand throttle. When you put it in gear it stalls and cuts off. Sometimes it will recover, take off and run fine. I have cleaned and rebuilt all three carbs, changed all fuel lines, bulbs and fittings and cleaned tank. Spark looks great! Still having same issues, any ideas? Could this still be a result of air getting in fuel system?
