Ouch
I have a 2010 df150.i have taken it in for the first 20hr check up/ oil change. I now have 76 hours on the motor. I use the boat from 1 to 4 times a week 12 months a year. I do not keep the gas tank full. I typically put 20 to 30 gallons in at a time. I use stabil marine stabilizer every time i add gas. In the last 2 weeks the engine is not starting on the first turn of the key. Once when it started it blew smoke out of the exhaust like a 2 stroke. On the way home i decided to run wot and could only get 4800 rpms. Typically i cruise at 4000 to 4400 rpm. I buy gas only at a station that had his tanks cleaned before ethonal gas was introduced to them. What has happened? I don't want to make the dealer rich on this one if i can do anything.
