DF90a noise in lower unit.

Hi All chasing a bit of help,

I have a DF90a with 200 hrs. Recently changed out the impeller.

im now occasionally getting raspy air noise in lower unit, goes away when you give it a rev. Tell tail still pumping. Water from prop n drip hole at front of leg when connected to the muffs

any ideas before I pop the lower unit off again.
