I decided to change out my wiring harness due to some issues I thought may be electrical. I have a 2004 Johnzuki and got a harness off eBay from a 2005 DF225. I was deep into my wiring harness change out, working back to the ECU when I found the Suzuki has a single connector for what the Johnson has 4 or so smaller connector. The Johnson looks to have larger wires for them as well. I also couldn’t find the white wire in the Suzuki harness. The Johnson has a bullet connector. Is this an 04 to 05 change or is this a Johnson thing? It’s impossible to find exactly an 04 Johnson wiring harness used - maybe even new.
