I just bought a DF20A outboard. It won't lift or trim against 20% throttle or more. Is this the way it's supposed to be? I don't have much experience with trim tilt on smaller motors. This thing is so weak I can easily hold it down with one hand. I can hear the motor spinning but it's not lifting. I've been told it's only to lift the engine. Seems like a real crap deal to be so close but not have real trim.
