DF140 Oil Leak When Tilted

[Sooo Shallow]

I serviced the lower unit and must have damaged a seal upon reinstallation. When tilted, oil leaks from the linkage connection area under the powerhead. I have the powerhead ready for removal but do not know how to tell which seal is damaged or if I damaged the bearing.
Any assistance is appreciated.
