2019 DF250 with about 450 hours. I have twin motors. One motor started rough idling and maxing out at about 4500 RPM. Found out bank 1,3,5 are not firing. They seem to have spark (though I cant tell if it is sufficient spark, I did verify spark). At this point it is assumed the injectors are either not firing or are clogged (seems odd that ALL 3 injectors would be clogged at same time).
When boat is running if I pull the coil packs off 1, 3 or 5 the motor doesnt change, no change in idle at all, so its assumed that all 3 are not firing correctly. I have swapped (with the other motor) ECM, cleaned VST, tested fuel pressure on both motors (40psi) swapped CMP, swapped coil packs and still have not been able to resolve the issue. I am thinking it has to be the injectors themselves, I see comments about possible wiring harness issue? I have checked and cleaned the main ground at the ECM. Just not sure how to verify if indeed the injector is getting a signal to fire, or if its just case of bad injectors. Or what part of the wiring harness may have an issue before I try to swap the entire harness.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks
