For DF90 idle adjustment , I have done this several times on my DF140 after IAC changed out.
Follow the procedure outlined at the bottom...

There is an idle reset procedure that has to be done after changing the IAC valve if I am not mistaken

I had something very similar on a DF140, took the anti-siphon valve off the tank fitting and threw it in the trash,
replaced it with a regular brass...

I probably had it backwards, bad poppet valve is overheating at low rpms but not overheating at higher rpms.

I have always been told that overheating at high rpms but not lower speeds or idling is a symptom of bad poppett valve.

well, i rode the boat yesterday for about 3 hrs and reset the "total fuel used" at the launch.
I was surprised to see it show 1gal after...

Have someone pump the primer bulb while it's bogging,
First thought is fuel delivery (air, fuel pumps, VST, etc) or bad gas
Change the plugs...

Brand new Suzuki DF140BG w/ SMG4 gauge
