!996 55hp wiring ?

I recently bought a 1996 55hp suzuki with good compression that the owner was having trouble getting to idle. Im certian it the carbs need a rebuild. But the previous followed the suzuki dealers advice and bought a 2016 50hp suzuki. During the swap they completly disconnected every wire under the cowling. Dose anyone have any detailed under cowling photos of a stock suzuki 55hp. Ive looked and can't find anything very detailed. BTW he gave me the manual but it dosen't have very good photos.

The manual for that motor should have a good wiring schematic, and photos of the motor with wiring in place. The manual should even show you how to route all the wires?

Is his manual a Suzuki service manual?

I agree with you, that the carbs are probably the problem with the idling.
