dt75 ingition problem????

i have a dt75 motor it will start up great the first time it truns over after that it truns over slow like the battery is dead then not at all...i have a full charge tried jumping the cyliniod and no change....cdi maybe any suggestions or how to test some of these parts?

Load test battery, check voltage at engine to see if have bad cables or connections. Have starter tested to see if drawing too much current.
