TPS Question

02 Suzuki DT 150-

Alarm is going off giving me code 2-1 which is TPS i believe. checked sensor and it is ok, even swapped one off my buddies motor, but still getting alarm. what should i check next? also motor is running rough and burning excessive amount of oil and gas, would these two be related?

Yes those would be related, I recommend taking to an authorized dealer and have the computer diagnosed.
