df70a tilt lock setting

hi there

i have a suzuki df70a (2009)

does anyone know how to unlock and lock again the tilt/trim safe locking setting?
As i need to tilt the motor more up to access the lower unit... and then
to lock it up again

I am uncertain to what you are refering to the safe lock setting, there is an engine lock on the starboard side.
