  • Complex overreving problem

Help!!! We have a super complex problem with our set of DF 150's (2011) one of the motors revs high on start and then stalls unless it is held at high revs then lowered back to idle, it will then start and idle normally until the motor is tilted. We had a Suzuki tech change every sensor and all the high and low pressure fuel filters and pumps with the one good motor in the set but the problem still persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have a few tips?? Super frustrating espically as the Suzuki tech has kinda thrown his hands up in the air.

Think this might be your problem? Seems like I post it every week.

      Looks like that was it

Hey Harper about 5 minutes after posting I found your old post. Our batteries are around 5 years old (they have been through 2 sets of motors) and the conections were a little susspect. The battries did have what appeared to be full charge though. Anyway we cleaned the terminals and tightened everything up and it appears to have fixed the problem. We also have new batteries on the way. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the info
