07 Df140 with only 160hrs and on a 22ft pacific skiff.

Motor is down on power and uses fuel like there is no tomorrow.
The compression has been as low as 175psi on the bottom.
It has never been consistent.
Motor at times will smoke on start up.
With a 21 pitch prop i can hit the rev limiter and i do not idle the motor very long.
While doing the test i cannot turn over the motor with the emergency kill switch pulled.
It has been back to the dealer i bought it from and they said everything is good.
I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator.
What else can i check?
