DT140 oil pump connections

Hi, does anyone know where the top cylinder gets its oil injection from? It is a 1983 model and the top cylinder carburettor plate does not have an oil injection nozzle, only a screw, yet the oil pump has 4 outlets. Surely each cylinder needs lubrication? Thanks for any help.

I don't have a manual on that model but parts book shows four oil lines.
