Oil Light

I have an 07 DF225. The oil light will somtimes come on for a few seconds after I start up. The oil level is and has always been fine. Runs great. What should I check ?

Might have oil pressure tested to make sure not too low.

Are you saying in the first few seconds after you start engine? Any other times?

I will have the oil pressure checked. What lbs are normal? The light comes on for a few seconds on the first cold start of the morning. It has started to come on after I make a run of 10 minutes or so and come back to an idle. I'm definately concerned. It has not come on when running at 4000 rpm=4500rpm my usual running.The power head was rebuilt about 100hrs ago.
