I have an old suzuki outboard that I barely saved from going in the lake when my transom broke. I have replaced the boat and transfered everything over from the old boat. I have a red wire and a yellow wire coming from the engine to an on/off switch. The motor is a pull start (50hp) so there is only these two wires going to them. I remember it wouldn't start when I turned the switch on and I had to plug in the battery. Now it won't start and I can't remember how it was wired. Can anybody help me with this?
