DT15 questions: Shaft seal, plug seals and paint

I have a 1987 suzuki dt15 outboard. The engine has been kept in a garage and I am about to get her running again (it hasn't run in least 10 years).

1. Should the shaft seals be replaced because of age?
2. How about the little plug gaskets when I change out the lower unit oil?
3. Where can I get some of the light green/silver paint to touch up the lower unit?

No should not need to replace seals unless torn, Yes you should replace the drain washers (if they are paper or aluminum, if rubber or plastic you do not need to replace), The paint is NLA from the manufacture, can have a local paint shop color match.
