1992 DT9.9C prop question

Hi guys,

I need some input from you:

does anybody know if there is a prop besides the original one that fits the Suzuki's 8 splines prop shaft?
AFAIK Yamaha and Honda have 8 spline props in their range - but do they fit?

Solas and other manufacturers only offer 10 spline models for the pre 1988 and after 1997 motors.

Never tried using the Yamaha prop on that model, not sure if will fit or not, if did may have to change prop washer.

Yeah, changing or altering the prop washer was what I had in mind, too. When I get around to trying one of those props I will post the results.
