Replacing Lower Unit DT225

I have twin Suzuki DT225 (98 & 99) and I want to change the lower unit on one to make it counter rotating. Is this possible???
And if so, where can I get a decent used lower unit, other than buying new

Just change gearcase and prop. Don't know of any used ones available.
