DT20 no spark.

Hi, i have a dt20 with no spark, seems very intermittent, fired a few times and I saw a nice blue spark just the once but seems to be no spark at all now. Any ideas where I should start looking? Ignition coil is showing 24.88Kohm between the 2 outputs to the plugs, open circuit betwwen either of the plug leads and ground, 1ohm between input and ground.

Got this far...

From the wires from (i'm assuming the stator, under the flywheel) to ground through a DVA (home made ) into fluke meter set to dc max hold. Without peak hold the voltage would increase quickly then reduce again, peak hold made it easier to read.
Blue / red getting up to about 140v, red/black to about 130v
The green coming back from (again assuming ) the condenser to the CDI peaks about 140v
White/black from CDI to ignition coil has nothing.
So in naive inexperience, that suggests that the cdi isn't doing it's stuff, either because it's bust or it isn't getting triggered. Or maybe there isn't enough volts coming out of the stator - any ideas anyone??
