df 250 digital gauges

I have twin 2008 250 motors. My problem lies with the digital gauge for my port motor. I have the quad screen digital gaugesWhen I start the motor in the RPM box on the single RPM screen it has WTR:S in the box and doesnt register the rpms. The motor seems to be running fine. Anyone know what this may mean. The starboard motor gauge reads everything correctly.THank you.

The gauge (i assume it is a Suzuki SMIS 4" gauge?) may simply have reset itself somehow and is showing water speed instead of rpm.

I would just go into the gauge menu and change the gauge so that engine rpm is back in the correct position on the gauge - your manual tells you how to do that.

it is the 4"smis. The screen is the RPM screen but in the box wear the RPM number should be it says WTR:S in it.THe gauge doesn't register RPM'S anywhere on the other pages, and the trim tilt for that motor in the main screen is blinking.
