2007 DF115 possible fuel issue or not?

I have a 2007 DF115 that sits up most of the time only 83 hrs and I bought it in 2007. While sitting up I think the fuel went bad and when I tried to crank it it would start and cut off. I had the bad gas taken out and replaced the fuel filter, and it cranked, but I was told it may run okay. I took it out, it cranked fine but when I gave it throttle to bring it on plane it bogs down, and will only let me give a little throttle just above idle. I would appreciate any assistance. Need to have fuel pressure checked, may need to remove and clean Vapor seperator tank.
