Which Oil filter do I need?

I just purchased a 2013 Suzuki DF70A and have come up on my 20 hour maintenance schedule. I am looking to avoid going to West Marine at any cost possible! So my delima is whether to purchase oil filter "16510-61A31 or 16510-61A20-MHL? I am not sure what would be the difference since both say they are for my engine.

WIX filters are available at most any any auto parts store, I buy my at the local Auto Value, less than $5 when on sale.

I don't mean to sound stupid, but how to I Know what number to look for when purchasing the filter?
or do I just match the size?

WIX 51360 fits 2007 DF 140's, I think all DF 140's use the same oil filter.

Not too sure why you would mess around with a cheap non genuine filter on a new motor that is still under warranty, how much do you save with the after market copy? Also not sure what the part number for a 140HP filter has to do with a 70HP filter.
